Jobenu helps you capture and organize job opportunities. By using the website, application, or browser extension, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement in your jurisdiction.

2. Your account

You are responsible for information submitted through your account, keeping access credentials secure, and notifying us if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not use another person's account without permission.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use Jobenu to:

• break applicable law or violate another person's rights;
• upload malicious code or interfere with the service;
• attempt to access accounts, systems, or data without permission;
• resell or copy the service except with written permission.

4. Captured content and AI output

You remain responsible for ensuring you have permission to process the content you capture. AI-created drafts may be incomplete or incorrect. Review all extracted information before relying on or saving it.

5. Third-party services

Jobenu may link to job boards, browser stores, or other third-party services. Their terms and availability are outside our control. Jobenu is not an employer, recruiter, or employment agency and does not guarantee interviews, offers, or employment outcomes.

6. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of Jobenu. We work to keep the service reliable, but it is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. We may restrict access when necessary to protect users or the service.

7. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Jobenu is provided “as is” without implied warranties. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
